Before You Begin . . .

If you are a member of the North Shore – Barrington Board, and would like to make your Board aware of the poor conduct of another REALTOR®, you are welcome to fill out the page below and click on the “Send” button. You do not have to tell us your name, or even the name of the person whose conduct offended you. We would like to know what it was that you considered a breach of REALTOR® ethics or simply rude behavior.  

Note: This page is for our members only, and is for informational purposes only. If you would like to lodge a formal complaint against one of our members, alleging a violation of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, you must file a Request for Hearing..

I believe a member has committed an act that is contrary to the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics and believe it should be investigated.  I understand a copy of this will be given to the person who committed the act by the association office.  Finally, I understand that no action can be taken against this person unless there is a formal hearing with a known complainant.
