Understanding The Bills From NSBAR and MLS

We are two corporations, the "Board" (NSBAR), and MLS. If you buy just the basics we would send you 5 bills a year. One at the end of November/first of December for annual "Board" dues. This year the dues are $393 or $438 if you contribute to RPAC. We send 4 bills out a year for MLS fees approximately $93.50 each time. If the check you send in did not reach us by the time we run the bills, you will get monthly bill plus late fees for 2 months at which time your services will be terminated.

What is RPAC link. Once your RPAC money has been sent to us there is NO way that it can be returned. We must send the money in immediately to IAR and NAR.

MLS – The Blue Bill
Each person who has an active license is sent a bill quarterly for approximately $93.50. A bill will continue to be sent to you until the balance is paid. Again, the check sent in must be received by us PRIOR to the next bill being generated. Your Supra charges are also on this bill.

MLSNI User Fee is the amount of money that goes directly to MLSNI and NSBAR MLS Support stays with the North Shore – Barrington Association to pay for answering your questions on any of the following topics, putting your listings back on the market, your bills, computer support, how to count rooms, the rules on input, complaints about the system, etc.

Those with automatic charges are recorded on or about the 1st of each month.
