Supra - If a member leaves NSBAR to go to another association, Supra GE has mandated that you must return the equipment to NSBAR. NSBAR will refund the unused portion of the lease fee beginning on the first day of the following month the member gives notice of the membership change. If a prospective member is coming from CAR, MainStreet, RANWC, McHenry Supra GE has given the association’s permission to take your equipment out of their system and bring it to NSBAR to add to NSBAR’s Supra system. If that does occur then the prospective member will not be charged a Supra annual lease fee until September 1 of the year joining. If a prospective member is coming from CAR, MainStreet, RANWC, McHenry and the association refuses to allow you to take the equipment with you even though Supra GE said they could, then unfortunately to receive another key you will be charged by NSBAR for a new key fee, prorated, of course. Supra GE charges fee for each piece of equipment handed out, not by the name of the person. We are charged for a new key and we have no choice but to pass the cost on to you.
