Permission to Send Faxes Needed!
FCC rules changes that went into effect on August 25 require us to have written permission from anyone to whom we wish to send a fax. A permission request form was faxed to all offices on August 11 and 12. If the Designated Realtor® did not sign and return the form, we can no longer communicate with that office by fax. Call 847-480-7177 if you need another permission form sent to you (by mail this time). You can fax the signed permission form to 847-480-7362.
If you have a private fax machine in your home office, we can no longer send faxes to that number until you sign and return a permission form. Call us for the form. The current FCC rules don’t apply to emails, but we are also requesting permission to email every member. You should have received that request via email. If not, call 847-480-7177 and we will see that you get it.
