NSBAR’s 10%
NSBAR is one of ten local associations taking part in the regional MLS called the Multiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois (MLSNI). An office joining NSBAR has the option of using MLSNI services, but is not under any obligation to do so. Connecting to MLSNI puts the agent in command of one of the most powerful MLS databases in the nation, empowering them to post listings and to find adequate properties for their clients.
